Kaycee Sutter

Kaycee Sutter is an enthusiastic and creative Fine Arts educator with more than 15 years of experience inspiring students and communities through art. She currently teaches grades 2–12 at USD 444 in Little River, Kansas, where she designs engaging, scaffolded art curricula that foster both technical skill and creative confidence.

Before joining USD 444, Kaycee spent several years as an independent artist and business owner, running Knick Knack Crazy Shack in Wichita, where she produced original artwork, exhibited at art shows, and taught classes for children and adults. She also co-owned Hatch Studios in Hutchinson, providing an inclusive creative space for artists of all ages and skill levels, while partnering with schools and homeschool groups to expand access to quality art education.

A graduate of Newman University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Kaycee is passionate about nurturing artistic expression and building appreciation for the arts in her students and community. Her teaching philosophy centers on connection, creativity, and the belief that every student has an artist within them waiting to be discovered.
